When you use the contact form, we may receive your name, email, phone number, company name and message. If you create an account, we collect your email and authentication data. Portal users may also provide a professional profile and CV. Our hosting and analytics providers may process technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
We use this information to answer inquiries, manage accounts and the internal portal, improve the site, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and similar tools
We use essential cookies for the site to work (including sign-in). We also use Vercel Analytics to understand anonymous traffic. Your browser can block or delete cookies; some features may then be unavailable.
Who we share it with
We use service providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (authentication, database and file storage) and Vercel (hosting and analytics). They may only use the data to provide those services.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions. To make a request, email info@forwa.ca. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
