John Hart generating station (BC Hydro), on the Campbell River, Vancouver Island, is rated 138 MW across three units of about 46 MW. FORWA provided on-site support for a sudden short-circuit commissioning test over more than 200 hours in July 2021, characterizing synchronous machine behaviour.
