Electrical maintenance and testing of MV switches (Metalec, Metafab, ABB and S&C).
FORWA carried out maintenance and electrical testing of medium-voltage switches from several manufacturers (Metalec, Metafab, ABB and S&C): mechanism cleaning and lubrication, visual and mechanical inspection, torque checks, insulation-resistance tests, contact-resistance measurements, and 20 kV DC Hi-Pot dielectric tests. Results and phase-to-phase differences were recorded in technical reports.
