Commissioning is the moment of truth: everything designed, built and installed has to work together, without surprises. FORWA supports manufacturers, contractors and producers at that stage, from turbine-generator units through to interconnection substations.
We establish and apply inspection and test plans (ITP), high-voltage isolation, lockout-tagout (LOTO) and re-energization procedures, with a systematic dead-check.
We carry out pre-operational verifications before energization, functional and input/output testing, dry and load testing, and factory and site acceptance testing (FAT/SAT), through to handover. Every step is recorded in traceable test reports.
